Dan Ritter, designer/salesman, has worked in the building industry since 1978.  He and his wife settled on Whidbey Island to raise four boys, and Dan joined Yonkman Construction in 1998.  Dan is certified “Advanced” on Chief Architect, which he uses to design additions, remodels and upgrades for our very satisfied customers. Dan's greatest strength is in working closely with his clients to dovetail their design goals and budget restraints.

Michael VanBuskirk joined Yonkman Construction as a lead carpenter in 1988, and became Project Manager in 1993.  Mike’s years of experience and local contacts are a tremendous asset to our clients. He sincerely believes in and practices clear communication with the client, and is dedicated to achieving the very best results in home remodeling and renovation.  Mike grew up in Missouri, and loves his wife, fishing and kids.
